|When Sophomore reserve Nathan Brugger scored a basket in mop-up time of the
Brossart-Paris opening round game in the 10th Region All "A" Tournament at
Deming High School, it marked a milestone in his life. The ability to overcome being
cut as a freshman, and bucking the odds, to not only make the team as a sophomore,
but to write his name on the list of career Brossart Mustang Varsity scorers.

as a teacher and administrator, and twelve years as a coach, to take the principal's
job at Covington Catholic High School.
|Brossart Junior Ethan Boesch's tragic death by his own hand on Wednesday, October
28, 2009 sent the Brossart school community into a state of shock and mourning.
