David Govan Honored As NKBBCA Division II All-Star – Schabs Named To Court of Distinction – Updated 500 Points Club List

The 2022 Boys Basketball Post-Season Banquet Circuit kicked off Sunday afternoon at Covington Catholic High School when the Northern Kentucky Boys Basketball Coaching Association gathered to honor the Division I, II, and III All Stars.  David Govan was among twelve Division II players honored.  Jacob Meyer from Holy Cross was named the Division II Player of the Year

John Wimzie from Holmes and myself were inducted into the NKBBCA “Court of Distinction”, comparable to the 10th Region Hall of Fame.  This is quite an honor, seeing how we are members of the 10th Region and have few dealings with many of the DIvision I and DIvision III teams.  Scott Code did a great job saying a lot of nice things about me.  I appreciate it.

David Govan is a member of the NKBBCA Division II All-Stars and I was inducted into the NKBBCA Court of Distinction.

Next up on the post-season banquet circuit will be Thursday, March 24th at Paris High School, when David Govan will be recognized as 10th Region – All Region Honorable Mention, and Alex Trentman ’14 will be inducted into the 10th Region Hall of Fame.
