Freshman Mustangs Downed 50-38 In Monday Night Spotlight Game – Tim Cooper Photo Collection

The difference in this game was that one team had Keegan Farrell and the other one didn’t.  Farrell poured in 14 points in the first half, en-route to a game high 20  on the night, while leading his Newport Wildcats to the 50-38 win over our Mustangs.

Brossart’s lone double-figure scorer was Nick Cozzi who contributed 10 points on the night for the home team, and Isaac Amin added 7.  Six additional Mustangs put numbers on the scoreboard.  Our Mustangs will tip-off a tripleheader versus the Beechwood Tigers Wednesday night in Fort Mitchell.
