Just hours after completing “Green-White: Night at the MAC, the football team was up and on the roads early Saturday morning, taking part in their annual “Trash For Cash” event.
Trash For Cash is conducted in partnership with the Campbell County Fiscal Court, where the Football team is broken down into squads and collect litter and refuse from rural Campbell County back roads.
Coach Wiggins reports that the boys devoured 8 dozen doughnuts prior to setting out and collected 70 large bags of trash, car parts, and other disgarded items.
