May 9th –  BBHS 14,  Holmes 0 (Mel Webster Memorial Challenge) Brossart and Holmes, two schools near and dear to Mel Webster, competed in the first annual “Mel Webster Memorial Softball Challenge”” on Monday, May 9th. April 24th Members of the Bishop Brossart Varsity Baseball Team participated in the March at the Majors at Great American Ball Park on Sunday April 24th. Baseball/Softball Update: Apr. 4 – 10th

April 4th – BBHS 16, NEWPORT 0 – THREE INNINGS NKAC DIV II Monday’s home game with Newport lasted exactly 48 minutes during which time our Mustangs scored 16 runs on 14 hits, sending 21 batters to the plate in two innings, blanking the Wildcats 16-0 in a three inning NKAC Division II, run-rule event.

March 29 – Simon Kenton 10, BBHS 3 Simon Kenton Bests Our Mustangs 10-3 Tuesday Afternoon in Independence.  Charles Hartig returns to the mound, goes 1 2/3 innings allowing 1 run on 3 hits.  He was also 1 for 2 at the plate with a pair of ribbies.  This was Senior Charles Hartig’s first appearance
