The Campbell County track and field championships featuring; Campbell County High School, Highlands, Newport, Newport Central Catholic, Bellevue and Bishop Brossart were conducted Tuesday evening at Campbell County High School. First place team wins by the Mustangs Girls (188 points) and Boys (187 points) teams tonight making them the toast of Campbell County in track

Track has been wildly popular at Brossart over the years. Both our Girls’ and our Boys’ Track Teams have won four State Championships each since the turn of the century. Our Boys most recent was 2015, while our Girls’ have won the past two State Titles – 2021 and 2022.
Congratulations to the following girls’ and boys’ track and field athletes for being named either 1st or 2nd team Class A All-State: 1st Team Amy Klocke – 3200 Meters Lexi Braun – 400 Meters Chloe Hein – Long Jump 4×100 Meter Relay – Lexi Braun, Rylee Schultz, Hayley Hickman, and Chloe Hein 4×200 Meter Relay
The Bishop Brossart Girls Track & Field Team brought the trophy home again this year after dominating in many events during Thursday’s state meet.
