Freshmen Mustangs, the Bigger, Stronger, More Mature Team on this night, cap off the regular season record at 9-9 with 59-40 win over Holy Cross

Ben Volmer Our Freshman Mustangs closed out their regular season on Wednesday night in the SyDome, defeating the Holy Cross Indians 59-40 behind the double-figure scoring efforts of Joe Schroeder, who led the team with 13 points, and Ben Volmer who contributed 10.  In total 9 Mustangs scored in this game.  Dom Hadden and Parker

Behind the scenes, even when vacationing in Arizona, Jeff Miller keeps our stats updated and posted on Riherds (KHSAA) in a timely manner.  He makes my job easy when writing stories for this site, and preparing for broadcasts. Our team defensive average of 51.8 ranks 20th in the state. David Govan is presently shooting 62.2%

Freshmen Mustangs Draw Into Two Major Post-Season Tournaments

Will compete in this weekend’s 10th Region Tournament in Maysville and next weekend’s tip-off of the Northern Kentucky “Jack Kaelin Memorial Freshman Tournament” at CovCath.
